What you can expect after placing your order:

- Your service address will be added to our technicians next route in your area. Please have your device clear of obstruction and accessible to our technician.
- Allow two weeks during peak season (March-June) for the test to be completed. We strive to complete all tests as timely as possible.
- Upon the completion of the test, we will send an electronic report to your water supplier within 10 days.
- You will receive an Email of the test report at the same time as your water supplier.
